When will I receive my bag?
Shipping is scheduled for June 20. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your bag is on its way.
Is the bag carry-on size?
Yes. With its dimensions of 55 × 27 × 27 cm, the bag meets the carry-on standards of most airlines (Air France, easyJet, Lufthansa, Vueling, Transavia, etc.). However, double-check the allowed size with your low-cost carrier if you're flying with Ryanair or Wizz Air.
How much can it hold?
35 litres — more than enough for a 3 to 4-day trip without squeezing. In practice: 4 to 5 full outfits, a toiletry bag, a pair of shoes, and your essentials.
How do I take care of it?
Simply clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents. Let it air dry, never near a direct heat source.
Can I cancel or return it?
You have 15 days from delivery to return your bag. It must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached. Return shipping fees are at your expense, except for defective products. Contact us at andrealbriziom@arntreal.com to get a return label.
Does it come with a protective dust bag?
Yes, every bag comes with its ARNTREAL dust bag to protect the finishes during transport and storage. You can keep it to store your bag between trips.
